Welcome to Rush Gaming — Pakistan's premier destination for gaming hardware, accessories, peripherals, and custom PC builds. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", "your") and Rush Gaming (SMC-Private) Ltd ("Rush Gaming", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing our website at rushgaming.pk, placing an order through our website or WhatsApp, using our Custom PC Builder, ordering custom mousepads, or interacting with us in any commercial capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or place orders with us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.
Rush Gaming provides the following services, each subject to these Terms:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or product listing at any time without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed by our team.
Placing an order with Rush Gaming — whether through our website, WhatsApp, or direct contact — constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms. An order is only confirmed when Rush Gaming sends an explicit order confirmation to you.
- Order accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all order details (product, quantity, delivery address, contact info) are correct before submitting. Errors may cause delays and we cannot guarantee corrections after an order is dispatched.
- Order confirmation: After placing an order online or via WhatsApp, our team will confirm availability, price, and estimated delivery within 1–4 business hours during operating hours.
- Right to cancel or refuse: Rush Gaming reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — including due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. Full refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.
- Pre-orders: Some products may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order dates are estimates and subject to supplier delays. Pre-orders may be cancelled with full refund if a product becomes unavailable.
- Bulk orders: Orders of 3+ units of the same product require prior WhatsApp confirmation. Bulk orders may take longer to process and dispatch.
- Fraudulent orders: Placing orders with fraudulent payment information or false delivery details is a criminal offence under Pakistani law. We will report such activity to relevant authorities.
All prices on rushgaming.pk are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Price accuracy: We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. You may cancel without penalty if you do not accept the corrected price.
- Price changes: Prices may change without notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, supplier cost changes, or market conditions. The price at time of order confirmation is the binding price.
- Promotional prices: Sale and discount prices are valid only for the advertised period. Promo codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise. Rush Gaming reserves the right to end promotions early.
- Currency: All payments must be made in PKR. If you use an international card, your bank may apply conversion fees — Rush Gaming is not responsible for these charges.

Rush Gaming ships across Pakistan via TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P, and local delivery services. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
- Tracking: A courier tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched. Rush Gaming is not liable for delays caused by courier services.
- Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Re-delivery fees caused by wrong addresses are your responsibility.
- Failed deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned, Rush Gaming will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for a second attempt.
- Fragile items: All items are carefully packaged. Inspect your package upon delivery. Visible damage to the outer packaging should be reported immediately before signing courier documents.
- Remote areas: Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer. We will inform you if your area has delivery limitations.
- Risk transfer: Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the courier has delivered the parcel to your specified address or has obtained a delivery signature.
Rush Gaming offers a 14-day return policy on most products, subject to the conditions below. Initiating a return does not automatically guarantee a refund — all returns are reviewed by our team.

- Return shipping: For DOA, wrong items, or transit damage — Rush Gaming bears the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Return condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included. Missing components may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. For COD orders, refunds are processed via JazzCash or bank transfer.
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
Rush Gaming products come with warranty coverage as specified on each individual product listing. Warranty periods vary by product category and brand.
- Warranty claim process: Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID, description of the fault, and supporting photos or video. Our team will assess and advise on the claim within 48 hours.
- Warranty void conditions: Physical damage, liquid damage, improper installation, overclocking beyond rated limits, removal of warranty seals, or evidence of tampering will void the warranty.
- Repair vs replacement: Rush Gaming reserves the right to repair or replace a defective product at our discretion. Replacement units may be refurbished equivalents of the same specifications.
- Shipping for warranty claims: Customer is responsible for shipping costs to send a product to us for warranty service. Rush Gaming bears the return shipping cost after repair or replacement.
- No warranty: Used products, custom mousepads, consumables (thermal paste, cleaning kits), and software are sold as-is with no warranty unless explicitly stated.
Rush Gaming's Custom PC Builder tool and assembly service is subject to the following terms in addition to our general Terms:
- Component substitution: If a selected component goes out of stock, Rush Gaming will offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund for that component.
- Compatibility: Rush Gaming checks all component compatibility before assembly. However, the customer is responsible for ensuring the final configuration meets their intended use case.
- No returns on assembled PCs: Custom-built PCs cannot be returned due to buyer's remorse. Defective components are covered under individual component warranties.
- Overclocking: Rush Gaming does not configure overclocking unless explicitly requested and agreed. Any overclocking done by the customer after delivery voids component warranties.
Our custom mousepad and desk mat printing service is subject to the following additional terms:
- Design ownership: By submitting a design for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to that design or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to reproduce it commercially. Rush Gaming is not liable for copyright infringement claims arising from customer-submitted designs.
- Prohibited designs: We will not print designs containing offensive, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, or politically extremist content. Rush Gaming reserves the right to refuse any design at our discretion.
- Design quality: You are responsible for submitting high-resolution artwork (300 DPI or higher recommended). Rush Gaming will not be held liable for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution source files.
- Colour accuracy: Colours on screen may differ slightly from printed output due to monitor calibration, ink characteristics, and substrate differences. This is normal and not grounds for a refund.
- No returns on approved designs: Once you approve your design and production begins, no returns or refunds will be accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., peeling, incorrect dimensions, misprints not matching approved design).
- Production timeline: Custom mousepads take 5–7 business days for production plus delivery time. Express production may be available for an additional fee.
- Advance payment: Custom mousepad orders require full payment in advance before production begins.
Rush Gaming accepts orders via WhatsApp at +92 371 018 1750. WhatsApp orders are subject to these Terms in addition to the following:
- Order validity: A WhatsApp message expressing interest in a product is not a confirmed order. An order is only confirmed when Rush Gaming sends an explicit order confirmation message with an order reference number.
- Response times: Rush Gaming operates Monday–Saturday, 10am–8pm PKT. WhatsApp messages received outside these hours will be responded to on the next business day.
- Quote validity: Prices quoted via WhatsApp are valid for 24 hours. After this period, prices may change due to stock or market fluctuations.
- Message records: WhatsApp order conversations are retained as order records. By ordering via WhatsApp, you consent to Rush Gaming retaining these records for up to 2 years for order and warranty purposes.
- No automated ordering: Rush Gaming uses human agents for WhatsApp orders — not automated bots. Our team reviews every order personally before confirmation.
- WhatsApp terms: WhatsApp communications are additionally governed by Meta's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All content on rushgaming.pk — including but not limited to the Rush Gaming logo, brand name, website design, custom graphics, product photography, written content, the Custom PC Builder tool, the AI Performance Analyzer, and the Custom Mousepad Studio — is the intellectual property of Rush Gaming (SMC-Private) Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially use any Rush Gaming content without prior written permission. Sharing product links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website (ASUS, MSI, Corsair, Sony, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Rush Gaming is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.
You agree not to use Rush Gaming's website, services, or WhatsApp channels for any of the following:
- Placing fraudulent, false, or speculative orders with no intention to pay.
- Providing false identity, address, or payment information.
- Attempting to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer our website or tools.
- Using automated bots or scripts to place orders or scrape pricing data.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening Rush Gaming staff via any communication channel.
- Reselling Rush Gaming products without prior written authorisation for commercial resale operations.
- Submitting copyrighted or illegal content for custom mousepad printing.
- Circumventing security features of our payment systems.
- Any activity that violates applicable Pakistani law, including PECA 2016 (Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act).
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Rush Gaming's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Rush Gaming is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of products.
- Data loss, hardware damage, or software issues arising from products purchased from us.
- Delays caused by courier services, customs, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Incompatibility of products with your existing hardware, software, or use case — you are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.
- Performance outcomes of custom PC builds used for specific workloads not communicated to us at time of order.
- Third-party website content, even if linked from our website.
- Interruptions to our website or ordering systems due to technical issues or maintenance.
Nothing in these Terms limits Rush Gaming's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Pakistani law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our team directly — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
Rush Gaming reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on rushgaming.pk unless otherwise stated.
For material changes — such as those affecting your refund rights, payment terms, or liability — we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Post a prominent notice on our website for a minimum of 30 days.
- Notify WhatsApp and email subscribers of significant changes.
Your continued use of Rush Gaming services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using our services.
